PRESIDENT & CEO

Mr. Stechow is a serial entrepreneur and has built, grown, and sold multiple digital companies to public entities. He has been a pioneer in digital touchpoint design and eLearning since the 1980’s and has done award-winning work for numerous Fortune 500 companies, including AT&T, Compaq, Lucent, Dunkin Donuts, DaimlerChrysler, and McDonalds, to name a few. From creating cutting-edge digital teams to customer touchpoint inventions to online corporate universities, his solutions have performed tens of millions of transactions and trained hundreds of thousands of employees, channel partners, and sales personnel from coast to coast.

WILLIAM FLYNN

PRINCIPAL & CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER

Mr. Flynn is the former Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Infrastructure Protection, where he led the coordinated national effort to reduce risk to our nation’s critical infrastructure posed by acts of terrorism. He developed the active shooter training program and resources for the private sector. In the aftermath of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting – one of the deadliest in U.S. history – he was on the White House task force “to protect our children and our communities by reducing gun violence.” He led the development of the DHS-FBI “Run-Hide-Fight” active shooter methodology, which is the standard adopted by jurisdictions across the nation. He is a Senior Fellow at the George Washington University Center for Cyber & Homeland Security. He retired as an NYPD Assistant Commissioner after 24 years of service.
