PRESIDENT & CEO

As a serial entrepreneur, Mr. Stechow has conceived, grown, and sold multiple digital companies to public entities. A pioneer in digital touchpoint design and eLearning since the 1980s, Dan has spearheaded award-winning work for numerous Fortune 500 companies, including AT&T, Dunkin Donuts, DaimlerChrysler, and McDonalds. As founder and CEO of TPOP, Dan is dedicated to creating engaging and effective online training that empowers organizations to reduce the risks of workplace violence and improve the protection of people and corporate assets. With endorsements from leading trade association partners like NRF, FMI, and RLPSA; and clients like H&M, Wakefern Foods, Chick-fil-A, Ford, White Castle, and the American Red Cross, Dan continues to prove that training and preparedness are embraced by organizations of all sizes, furthering his passionate commitment to creating best-in-class e-learning solutions as a powerful means of delivering the skills we all need to remain safe in the workplace.

WILLIAM FLYNN

PRINCIPAL & CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER

Mr. Flynn is the former Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Infrastructure Protection, where he led the coordinated national effort to reduce risk to our nation’s critical infrastructure posed by acts of terrorism. He developed the active shooter training program and resources for the private sector. In the aftermath of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting – one of the deadliest in U.S. history – he was on the White House task force “to protect our children and our communities by reducing gun violence.” He led the development of the DHS-FBI “Run-Hide-Fight” active shooter methodology, which is the standard adopted by jurisdictions across the nation. He is a Senior Fellow at the George Washington University Center for Cyber & Homeland Security. He retired as an NYPD Assistant Commissioner after 24 years of service.
