Who qualifies for member pricing?
Any organization purchasing through a current SHRM-NJ member. Enter the member code from SHRM-NJ’s member communications at checkout, or mention your membership when you request a quote.
How long does the training take?
The four video modules take about 30 minutes in total, from the first video to certification, with short knowledge checks along the way. Employees can complete them on any device.
Who do we contract with?
Your organization purchases directly from The Power of Preparedness under TPOP’s standard agreements, which include the liability protections TPOP maintains with every client. SHRM-NJ endorses the program and co-hosts the education; it does not deliver, host, or warrant the training.
Does SHRM-NJ share my contact information with TPOP?
No. SHRM-NJ promotes the program through its own channels and keeps its member list private. TPOP only receives the information you provide when you register for a webinar or make a purchase.
We have more than 500 employees. What are our options?
Organizations with 501 or more employees receive an enterprise quote based on headcount. Training can be delivered as SCORM files into your own LMS or hosted on TPOP’s platform, with organization-branded content. The 15% member discount applies, and multi-year terms lower the per-employee rate.
Can the training be tailored to our industry or policies?
Yes. Enterprise programs (501+ employees) can include industry settings from TPOP’s 15 industry versions, corporate branding on every course, LMS and SCORM provisioning, policy integration, custom de-escalation scenarios, additional languages and captions, and add-on modules. Customization is quoted separately.
