Frequently Asked Questions
What's changing?
CFA has decided to no longer provide free access to corporate locations and has requested that TPOP provide a single option to all locations. This requires us to streamline the process and provide a single platform, which we will have completed in the days ahead.
Can my staff continue to access the training?
If they have already enrolled, yes. They can complete the course and receive their completion certificate. If they have yet to enroll, no. All new enrollments (and purchases) will be accessing the upgraded platform, which TPOP is in the process of configuring.
What does the program include?
You receive one year of access to online workplace violence prevention training, unlimited employee enrollment, completion certificates, manager reporting tools, and access to informative webinars.
How do I get started?
Once TPOP launches the upgarded platform, you’ll complete the form, and receive an email containing the link to the online course. You’ll distribute this to your employees via email. You’ll also receive a separate email with dashboard access instructions for you/the program manager.Â
Is enrollment unlimited?
Yes. You can enroll your entire existing team as well as new hires as they arrive during the one-year access period. (Or two-year access if taht is what you have opted for).
How do our employees access the training?
After you/the program manager register for the training via the online form, you will receive a link to share with your employees via email. Each employee uses that common link to create a password and enroll. Personal email addresses can be used if needed. Once an employee is enrolled, they can access the training anytime at http://www.tpoptraining.com.
How long is the training?
Each module takes between 8-12 minutes to complete, depending on the topic. Since each of the 4 modules can be accessed separately (and you can decide which modules are required), and the course can be completed over multiple sessions, you have flexibility as to home much time-on-task you are asking of your staff.
Do employees receive certificates?
Yes, a certificate will be emailed to them upon completion.Â
”How
Program managers receive access to a dashboard via an email link following registration. Managers can track employee progress, view completions, run reports, organize employees by group or location, and add/remove users, and access the training themselves at http://dashboard.tpoptraining.com.
Can we train new hires too?
Yes. Your organization can continue using the training for current employees and new hires throughout the 1-year access period.
