If you are unable to access your training at any time, please contact us immediately for technical support. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your training, please contact us within five (5) business days and we will be happy to give you a full refund of your training fees. If more than five days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund. If our records indicate that a majority of your learners completed the course, we will not be able to issue you a full refund.
