TPOP has assembled some of the most highly-skilled subject matter experts in the security industry. Our team is composed of federal, state, and local law enforcement officers, as well as mental health, trauma, and private sector security experts, each of whom has spent years studying security issues and real world events. Together the Power of Preparedness SME Team delivers the knowledge and confidence necessary to identify, prevent, and mitigate violence.

Time to Complete
TPOP courses are self-paced and provide interactive training in a private, 1:1 environment. Each chapter delivers lessons in short (~1-2 min) videos followed by equally short quizzes. This approach has been scientifically proven to maximize both engagement and retention. Learners can pause and restart the course whenever they wish and even re-access it from a different device. On average most learners complete this course in approximately one hour.

License
Your purchase of this course is valid for a 12-month period. Learners can return and retake the course (or portions thereof) any number of times during that period. Some companies require their employees to take the course several times throughout the year.

Certificate of Completion
Upon completion of the course, learners will receive a certificate of completion which can be downloaded, printed, and shared with others for proof of completion. Training administrators can also request periodic reports for a full list of learners and their completion status.

Each learner will access the course by clicking the link and setting up their account with an email address and a password of their choice.

Collateral Materials
TPOP can supply copy for communications with your learners including course overview and instructions. We can also supply various marketing elements for your website, newsletter, or corporate communications.

Customizing Your Training
TPOP courses are customizable in three ways:

  1. Courses can be white-labeled to reflect your brand throughout.
  2. Our instructors are filmed on “green screen” backgrounds. If you provide us with images of your facility, we can “place” our instructors in front of those images so they are “on site” in your facility.
  3. We can include an introductory video from your leadership, allowing you to set the right tone for the course to further increase learner engagement. See examples of these videos here and here

If you wish to customize your training in any way, please contact us at info@tpopllc.com before you place your online order and we can discuss more details. Professional service fees may apply.
