Time to Complete
TPOP courses are self-paced and provide interactive training in a private, 1:1 environment. Each chapter delivers lessons in short (~1-2 min) videos followed by an equally short quiz. This approach has been scientifically proven to maximize both engagement and retention. Learners can pause and restart the course whenever they wish and even re-access it from a different device.
On average most learners complete the course in approximately one hour.
Your purchase of this course is valid for a 12-month period. Learners can return and retake the course (or portions thereof) any number of times during that time.
Certificate of Completion
Upon completion of the course, learners will receive a certificate of completion which can be downloaded, printed, and shared with the appropriate parties in your organization for proof of completion. Organization administrators can request periodic completion reports for a full roster of learners and their status.
Once you have purchased your subscription, you will receive a clickable URL, which you’ll distribute to your learners via email or other means. You do not need to identify your learners to us or provide us with their personal information. The URL link will be valid for as many seats as you purchase. Each learner will access the course by clicking the link and setting up their account with just an email address and selected password. We can also provide email templates and other tools to help you roll out training to a larger audience.
Some clients wish to provide employees with further reference material such as posters for common rooms, quick reference checklists, and other tools to keep the training lessons top of mind. Please contact us after your purchase to obtain these materials free of charge.
Customizing Your Training
Our instructors are captured on “green screen” so the images behind them can be customized with images from your facility. You can also insert a short introductory video from your CEO or executive management to greet the learners and explain the purpose of the training. You can see examples of these videos here and here.
